UÇBS (Underground Waste Management System) is a central national umbrella platform where public institutions, municipalities, waste-producing industrial facilities, and licensed recycling companies conduct all their permit, license, and declaration obligations under environmental legislation electronically.
- Waste Declaration System (TABS): This is a legally mandated module where facilities and municipalities report to the ministry the amount of all hazardous and non-hazardous solid waste generated, collected, or processed in the previous calendar year.
- Mass Balance System (KDS): This is a digital tracking mechanism where licensed waste recycling and disposal facilities instantly report the amount of waste they accept on site, the rates they process, and their final raw material outputs.
- Mandatory Corporate Matching: In the new UÇBS structure, it is a legal requirement for businesses to enter and verify their SGK Workplace Registration Number, MERSİS/ESBİS Number, and UAVT Address Codes into the system without errors.
