Heavy chemical residues and bottom sludges that have solidified at the bottom of tanks cannot be cleaned using conventional methods. Beysu employs high-pressure hydraulic systems, vacuum combination trucks, and specialized high-pressure washing equipment to empty industrial tanks. Wastes—whose chemical characteristics have been pre-determined in our laboratory—are safely removed from the tanks, with all risks of reaction or sudden flash ignition completely eliminated.
Zero-Accident Policy with Explosion-Proof Infrastructure
Tank and internal vessel operations rank among the most hazardous confined space activities due to the risk of toxic or flammable gas accumulation. Our expert teams conduct gas measurements in the environment prior to cleaning and ensure continuous ventilation. All lighting and mechanical equipment used in the work area is spark-proof and explosion-proof (Ex-proof). Our operations are carried out by professional teams in full compliance with Turkish and European occupational safety standards.
Integrated Management of Generated Waste
Chemical wash waters, hazardous bottom sludges, and contaminated materials resulting from the cleaning process do not become a burden for your factory. Immediately following the cleaning operation, Beysu transports all such waste to its own integrated facility using its own logistics fleet, which is fully licensed and compliant with ADR standards. The collected waste is either disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations or converted into alternative energy at our Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) production lines.
