Integrated Logistics Management

The transfer of industrial waste from the point of production to our licensed recycling facility requires a level of operational and legal sensitivity that is at least as high as the disposal processes themselves. According to environmental legislation, legal "joint and several liability" begins between the parties the moment the waste is loaded onto the transport vehicle. Beysu implements a patented operational model to protect the legal security of its business partners and minimize logistics-related risks. We maintain an average age of around 3 years in our logistics fleet, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

ADR Standards

Transportation activities carried out with vehicles that do not comply with waste codes or meet legal standards pose a direct risk of administrative environmental penalties to waste producers in the event of potential environmental pollution. All vehicles in the Beysu Logistics fleet are 100% compliant with international ADR (Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) standards, leak-proof body structures, and environmental permit licenses. All our drivers involved in the process possess complete professional qualifications providing chemical risk management and ADR SRC5 certificates.

Financial Protection

In the event of accidents, leaks, or spills during road transport, the remediation of soil and water pollution and the rehabilitation of the site create extremely high costs. To eliminate these financial risks, Beysu operates with high-limit Environmental Liability Insurance Policies. All environmental damages and legal compensation liabilities that may occur during shipment are fully covered by Beysu's guarantee.

Digital Monitoring and Full-Time Operational Planning

Regular disposal of waste from production sites is vital for the uninterrupted operation of industrial facilities. Beysu Logistics Operations Center ensures timely vehicle positioning by adhering 100% to the established collection schedule. Every moment of the shipment is monitored via real-time satellite tracking through the Ministry's MoTAT (Mobile Waste Tracking System); every kilogram of waste entering the facility is officially recorded through KDS (Mass Balance System) integration and presented to our business partners in transparent digital reports.

One of the most critical risk factors in the sector is the outsourcing of waste logistics to independent third-party transportation companies. In the event of an accident before the waste even enters the recycling facility, the receiving facility does not assume responsibility, and all legal obligations are transferred to the producer. Beysu, by providing service with its own licensed fleet of vehicles, officially assumes all legal and penal responsibility from the moment it receives the waste from the source.
