Waste Reception and Temporary Storage

At Beysu, we believe that the first and most important step in sustainable and high-quality RDF (Residue Derived Fuel) production is "correct and safe waste management." Every waste that reaches our facility undergoes an acceptance process that fully complies with international standards and ministry regulations.

Here is the Beysu Waste Acceptance and Management Process, step by step:

01

1. Acceptance, Weighing and Radiation Control

The process begins with the arrival of licensed vehicles authorized by the Ministry at our facility.

  • Vehicles are first taken to the weighbridge section where precise kilogram measurements are taken and confirmed.
  • Following the measurement, the vehicles are checked by passing them through a radiation measuring device to protect facility safety and environmental health.

02

2. Detailed Waste Acceptance and Laboratory Analysis

Our waste acceptance unit initiates a rigorous inspection of every batch of waste entering the facility. The following critical parameters regarding the waste are fully recorded in our digital database (Waste Acceptance System):

  • Date and time the waste entered our facility,
  • Information about the vehicle and driver carrying the waste,
  • The waste producer company, official waste codes and net waste quantity,
  • Packaging and transportation method of the waste,
  • Detailed risk analysis and laboratory test results.

03

3. Classified Secure Storage

Waste materials that have undergone laboratory analysis are separated according to their type and transferred to our high-security Hazardous Waste or Non-Hazardous Waste storage facilities. The identification information of all waste accepted at the facility is securely stored as digital data in our company's proprietary Waste Acceptance System infrastructure and incorporated into production processes based on this data.

10 Years of Trust and Sustainable Production

One of the most critical elements in sustainable RDF production is managing operational risks.

Thanks to our secure storage database, which we have meticulously grown within Beysu for 10 years, we manage where, how, and for how long each type of waste should be stored in the most accurate way. This strong digital memory and experience minimizes fire risks in our facility, enabling us to offer our business partners an uninterrupted, safe, and sustainable RDF supply chain.
